Return and Refund Policy

At Intuitive Stones & Journey, we strive to ensure that you receive your beautiful crystals, stones, and other items safely. As a small business owner, your satisfaction is my priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or have concerns, please contact me within 48 Hours of receiving your order. I will evaluate the situation and do my best to make it right.

Understanding Crystal Characteristics

Crystals come from the earth and naturally have inclusions, slight micro-cracks, textures, and variations in color. These characteristics are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Please note that crystals are not made of glass or plastic, so no two will look alike. This is what makes crystals such incredible gifts from the earth!

Policy on Returns and Refunds

Intuitive Stones & Journey is not responsible if you are dissatisfied with the look, feel, and/or color of the crystal you have purchased. As stated above, variations in the crystals are normal and do not qualify for return, refund, or store credit. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note that our shop also offers certain new age and metaphysical items that are drop-shipped or produced on demand. If your order includes any of these items, they are subject to the return policy of the respective supplier, which may allow for exceptions to our usual no refund policy.

Order Handling and Shipping

Each item Packed and shipped from Intuitive Stones & Journey is personally cleansed (using smoke/sound frequency) and packaged to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your orders through the tracking link provided in your order email. For any concerns with tracking, please contact your local post office or UPS provider.
