Shipping Policy
All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. If we are experiencing a higher-than-anticipated volume of orders, please be patient as your order will be shipped within 48-72 hours. Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure your ordered is correct after placement.
If you made an error in your purchase, please reach out through the "Contact Me" button on our website within 24 hours to request an update to your order. After 24 hours, your item may be shipped and will not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Intuitive Stones & Journey is not responsible for customer order errors.
If you did not receive an email confirmation upon placing your order, please check all spam folders. If you still cannot locate the email, you may have entered your email incorrectly. To update your email address in our system and receive your order confirmation and shipment tracking information, use the "Contact Me" button on our website and provide your order number and correct email address.
Once Your Order is Received
Once you receive your order, we suggest you take time and space to open the delivery in direct sunlight as this is a wonderful way to first 'connect' with your Intuitive Stones & Journey crystals!
Wrong Product Received
If your delivery arrives and you believe it to be the incorrect product, please report this within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Email us your order number, the item(s) you ordered, and include well-lit, in-focus photos showing you received the wrong product. Approval of your request can take up to two weeks. If we find the items to be incorrect, we will do what we can to make it right.
For international shipments, please note that we cannot waive customs fees as this is out of our control.
Damaged Product Received
If your delivery arrives and you believe it to be damaged, this is very unfortunate. We do everything we can to ship our items safely with the best padding and protection packaging materials. However, damages do happen. Please report this within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Email us your order number, the item(s) you ordered, and include well-lit, in-focus photos showing the damage to the shipment package and the crystal. These images will be used to file an insurance claim with the postal courier, which can take up to two months to resolve.
Intuitive Stones & Journey is not responsible for damaged products due to the shipping courier and/or customs clearance. If you feel you received a defective product not due to shipping damages, please see the section on defective products below.
Lost or Stolen Mail
If your delivery is lost, stolen, or missing, we are very sorry to hear that. We do everything we can to ship our items safely to ensure they get to you. If you have not received your delivery, first check your tracking link to monitor where the package may be. You must visit and/or call your local post office to inquire about the package's whereabouts.
Lost or stolen mail must be reported to us as soon as you realize it’s late. As mentioned above, Intuitive Stones & Journey is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages due to the shipping courier and/or customs clearance. We will use your email to file an insurance claim with the postal courier, which can take up to two months to resolve.
We Do Not Offer Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of Intuitive Stones & Journey products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please note that our shop also offers certain new age and metaphysical items that are drop-shipped or produced on demand. If your order includes any of these items, they are subject to the return policy of the respective supplier, which may allow for exceptions to our usual no refund policy.
As mentioned above, all crystals have been through our cleansing process. Crystals come from the earth and will have inclusions, slight micro-cracks, textures, and variations in color, all of which are normal. It is important to note that they are not made of glass or plastic, meaning each one is unique and no two will look alike. This is what makes crystals such incredible gifts from the earth!
Intuitive Stones & Journey is not responsible if you are not satisfied with the look, feel, and/or color of the crystal you have purchased, as variations in the crystal are normal and do not merit return, refund, or store credit. Due to the nature of this product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Replacements or store credit is only awarded if we have shipped you the wrong item and/or the item is approved as defective, see below.
Refunds
Refunds are not accepted in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries. All shipping costs are non-refundable and any store credit will have the shipping costs deducted.
In the event that your items arrive in a defective state or if we have made an error in the delivered items, we may issue you a store credit upon approval, see below.
Defective Product Received
If your delivery arrives and you believe it to be defective, please report this within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Email us your order number, the item(s) you ordered, and include well-lit, in-focus photos showing the defective crystal. If you are truly unhappy with your crystals, or if they have significant damage, a replacement or store credit MAY be offered.
