Distance Reiki Session

Sometimes life feels heavy.

Stress, emotions, old experiences, limiting beliefs, and the demands of everyday life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. We may feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, stuck, or simply know that something feels “off,” even if we can’t explain why.

A Distance Reiki session offers you the opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply receive.

As your Reiki practitioner, I channel Universal Life Force Energy while holding a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space for you. Reiki is an intelligent energy that naturally flows where it is needed most, supporting your mind, body, and spirit in returning to a more balanced state.

I don’t believe my job is to “fix” you—because you are not broken.

Instead, I see my role as walking alongside you, gently supporting your journey while your own energy begins to release what no longer serves you. Reiki can help stagnant or heavy energy begin to move, creating space for greater peace, clarity, emotional release, and deeper connection with yourself.

Every session is unique because every person is unique.

During your session, I may receive intuitive impressions such as colors, symbols, images, sensations, or messages. If anything comes through that I feel may support your journey, I’ll share it with you during our follow-up conversation. I also incorporate crystals into each session to support the energetic intention we set together.

Some people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, vivid imagery, or a profound sense of peace. Others simply enjoy an hour dedicated entirely to slowing down and reconnecting with themselves. There is no right or wrong way to experience Reiki—your energy will unfold in the way that is right for you.

What Your Session Includes

Pre-Session Connection (15 minutes)

We’ll begin with a one-on-one conversation where you’ll have the opportunity to share what brought you to Reiki, discuss your intentions, and ask any questions. Together we’ll create a supportive focus for your session.

30-Minute Distance Reiki Session

You’ll relax in the comfort of your own home while I channel Reiki energy and work intuitively with your energetic field. There is nothing you need to do except find a quiet place, get comfortable, and remain open to receiving.

Post-Session Integration (15 minutes)

After the session, we’ll reconnect to discuss your experience. I’ll share any intuitive insights, messages, colors, symbols, or sensations that came through during the session, and we’ll talk about ways to continue supporting your energy moving forward.

Total Appointment Time: Approximately 1 Hour

Distance Reiki sessions are scheduled using Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please be sure to convert your appointment to your local time zone before your session.

Cancellation & Missed Appointments

A 50% rebooking fee will apply to missed appointments or cancellations outside the required notice period.

Before every session, I spend intentional time preparing your energetic space through meditation and setting intentions specifically for you. This dedicated preparation is part of your session and reserves time that could otherwise be offered to another client. Thank you for honoring both your time and mine.
